Start With a Site Assessment, Not a Sales Pitch
Every Neptune engagement begins the same way: understanding the actual water problem, not quoting a product. A site assessment covers your water source, usage pattern and current pain points before anything is proposed.
Why diagnosis comes first
You get an honest read on the problem before you get a quote
Low water pressure, poor water quality, compliance pressure, high energy bills — each has more than one possible cause. Neptune's consultation exists to identify the actual cause on your site, so the system that follows is sized to solve it, not just to sell a product.
This is the same discipline behind every Neptune engagement, across all five engineering categories — pumping, water treatment, pools, wastewater and hot water.
What we assess on site
- Water source and current water quality
- Usage pattern and peak demand
- Current pain points — pressure, quality, compliance or energy cost
- Existing infrastructure and how a new system fits it
- Future capacity needs, not just today's load
What happens next
Diagnosis first, product second
Once the site assessment is complete, the findings feed directly into system design — the next stage in Neptune's six-stage process.
